Responsibilities:

1. Allocate payments and assist colleagues with necessary tasks.
2. Resolve requests that fall into the mailbox, providing excellent service to customers.
3. Prepare manual payment requests and monthly reports for prepayments.
4. Participate in requested meetings to learn more about the company and provide input.

Requirements:

1. Intermediate to high level of English for communication with colleagues and entities.
2. Understanding of receivables and related processes to perform tasks efficiently.
