Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Finance & Control Specialist. Reporting to the F&C Controller, this person will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate costing and
- invoicing processes.

A day in the life of. . .

1. Calculate and communicate NBS charges to Integrated Marketing Services customers;
2. Answer queries from customers during the year;
3. Issue invoices to NBS customers;
4. Guarantee that all the invoices will be approved and paid;
5. Report the cost per market to Integrated Business Services;
6. Marketing Agencies cost control;
7. Coordinate the cost per project with the agencies;
8. Guarantee that the Nestlé markets will be invoiced with the correct amount;
9. Guarantee that the marketing agencies will receive on time;

What will make you successful

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
2. Good knowledge of SAP;
3. Strong analytical skills;
4. Solid skills in data extraction and analysis;
5. Good time management skills;
6. Ability to manage priorities;
7. Work with commitment on ongoing initiatives and proposal of new ones;
8. Adaptability to cope in a
   - paced environment;
9. Ability to drive continuous improvement projects;
