We are looking for a Financial Director to lead all the finance and administration activities in Portugal.

Our client is a a multinational Company operating in more than 40 countries.

Description

• Being part of the management team and acting as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, contributing to the sustained growth of the company through financial management;
• Taking overall responsibility for the financial area, covering accounting, treasury, reporting, planning, financial analysis and management control;
• Guaranteeing the reliability of the company's financial statements and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements, both internal and external;
• Defining and implementing effective strategies to optimise costs and investments;
• Ensuring efficient use of the company's financial resources, providing detailed analyses to support management
  - making;
• Overseeing and continuously improving administrative processes within the organisation;
• Plan, manage and monitor the company's budget with rigour.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management or similar;
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in finance in a multinational company;
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience;
• High knowledge of Portuguese and international standards in tax and status reporting, treasury, financial planning, controlling and analysis;
• Advanced in Microsoft excel;
• Experience working with SAP (mandatory);
• Hands-on and strategic profile;
• Innovative and proactive profile.
