- Migration of 2000 actives (Cisco for Huawei)

- Installation: Setting up new equipment and ensuring it operates correctly.

- Maintenance: Performing proactive service checks and preventative maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.

- Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing issues with malfunctioning equipment.

- Troubleshooting: Identifying problems and implementing solutions to restore equipment functionality and reduce downtime.

- Customer support: Providing technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use and maintain their equipment.

- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of services performed, assets used, and customer interactions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Technician in IT.

Technical education in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent.

Experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair.

Advanced knowledge of networking and communications, focusing on Cisco and Huawei technologies.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).

Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Ability to perform troubleshooting and diagnose faults in network equipment and servers.

Experience with firewalls and network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc. ).
