Your responsibilities include:

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Computer skills in Windows and Unix/Linux environments (highly valued);
• Support for users and workstations;
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, O365, Exchange, Firewall, VPN;
• Software installations, updates and optimizations;
• Installation on Windows, Linux and Mac
  OS systems;
• Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP;
• Experience in purchasing equipment.

You must have:

• 12th grade academic level in IT as minimum requirement (valuable);
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of computer support in networks and switches;
