Field Technician - IT Support | Lisbon
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical challenges in the field? We are looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure IT and telecommunications equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose and repair faulty equipment
- Troubleshoot network and system issues to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Maintain detailed records of services performed
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Technician in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Technical education or degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair
- Advanced knowledge of networking and communications (Cisco and Huawei)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of network security and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc. )
