The Field Delivery Specialist holds the accountability and responsibility for case delivery management in the regions for a specific EMEA Theatre.

The Field Delivery Specialist is aligned to the Quote to Cash delivery process. You will own, manage, and oversee the successful execution of Case Based transactions Delivery and Performance Management.

The focus of the Field Delivery Specialist is to proactively optimize & simplify customer, partner & stakeholder experience using data analytics to retrieve actionable insights. You will also be responsible for driving critical case escalation resolution.

You will be part of the Commerce Operations EMEA organization and will work closely in person or through digital channels with your stakeholders & peers

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identifying & articulating problems.
• Can clearly translate stakeholder requests into clear actions to be executed
• Basic knowledge in AI technologies to identify opportunities for automation and digitization in Commerce Operations.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
