To be able to help more people, we are now opening a new production site in Felgueiras and therefore, we are looking for a Facilities Leader to join our team. This is your chance to lead initiatives that ensure a safe and sustainable work environment while promoting employee health, safety, and environmental compliance.

What we expect from you:

1. Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, and general services in an industrial environment.
3. Knowledge of Facilities and utilities services, such as HVAC, Electrical systems, Compressed air centralized system, water treatments systems, pumping of chemicals, security, cleaning, and waste management.
4. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and cost optimization skills.
5. Experience in supplier and contract management.
6. Capable to implement, test and maintain dedicated software, such as BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
7. Availability to travel for audits and work in corporate projects.
8. Auto
   CAD Knowledge to develop the factory layout.
9. ATEX knowledge.

Your responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize infrastructure and critical systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
2. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee production continuity and
   - up relevant KPI.
3. Supervise essential services such as security, cleaning, catering, and transportation.
4. Lead technical teams, promoting development and continuous training.
5. Manage contracts and suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
6. Implement sustainability and energy efficiency projects.
7. Promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
