Join our team as a Facilities Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance and management of Teleperformance Portugal’s buildings. You will work closely with service providers, optimize operations, and contribute to a safe and sustainable environment.

What you'll do

• Ensure the correct level of operation of all Teleperformance premises (sites);
• Drive and demonstrate optimal cost of operating the facilities while maintaining or improving the quality and level of service to occupants through minimizing downtime, innovation and leveraging technology;
• Ensure application and compliance with Safety & Security standards;
• Ensure the application and compliance with the rules, either legally mandatory or mandatory by the Teleperformance Group;
• Coordinate the
  - hired services in the areas of management and maintenance of premises;
• Ensure a proper response action to the daily needs of the various departments of Teleperformance.

What you'll need

• Native Portuguese and English B2 (minimum);
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with service providers and internal teams;
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
• Driver’s License.
