As Facilities Manager for Inspired’s Portugal, Northern Europe & Greece region, you will oversee the maintenance and operations of school campuses hosting 12, 000 students and 2, 000 team members daily. You will ensure that our schools provide safe,
- quality, and inspiring environments, aligned with Inspired’s premium education standards.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to manage
- site facilities across three countries, maintaining the best possible learning environments for our students while ensuring operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple school campuses in the region.
2. Develop and implement
   -
   - class maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
3. Manage facility enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and
   - effectively.
4. Ensure business continuity planning, proactively preventing operational disruptions.
5. Control maintenance costs and budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for school leadership on all
   - related matters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a
   - ranking university (ideally NOVA or Instituto Superior Técnico).
2. 5+ years of experience in facilities management or maintenance operations.
3. Experience overseeing
   - site facilities in a
   - paced environment.
4. Strong leadership and
   - solving skills.
5. Proven ability to manage budgets and cost control effectively.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to facility management.
