ROLE SUMMARY:

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Full-time | Permanent

As Facilities Manager for Inspired’s Portugal, Northern Europe & Greece region, you will oversee the maintenance and operations of school campuses hosting 12, 000 students and 2, 000 team members daily. You will ensure that our schools provide safe,
- quality, and inspiring environments, aligned with Inspired’s premium education standards.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to manage
- site facilities across three countries, maintaining the best possible learning environments for our students while ensuring operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple school campuses in the region.
• Develop and implement
  -
  - class maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage facility enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and
  - effectively.
• Ensure business continuity planning, proactively preventing operational disruptions.
• Control maintenance costs and budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for school leadership on all
  - related matters.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a
  - ranking university (ideally NOVA or Instituto Superior Técnico).
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or maintenance operations.
• Experience overseeing
  - site facilities in a
  - paced environment.
• Strong leadership and
  - solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and cost control effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to facility management.
