We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join Chanelle’s Animal Health B2B team. This role is key to driving growth and strengthening relationships with top global animal health companies. The ideal candidate has experience in Animal Health Pharma B2B, ideally managing key accounts of leading industry players, and thrives in a
- paced, strategic environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to drive business growth and make a strategic impact in the global animal health industry.

Location: This role can be based remotely in Ireland or Portugal with 50% international travel.

As Export Business Development Manager, You Will:

• Develop and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring Chanelle is a preferred strategic partner.
• Drive sales and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product offerings.
• Analyse market data and sales performance to make informed,
  - driven decisions and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement key account business plans, including sales strategies, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
• Lead legal discussions and negotiate Licensing and Supply agreements to successfully close deals.
• Work
  - functionally to support new product launches and pipeline strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track performance, monitor market trends, and optimize business decisions.
• Represent Chanelle at industry events and meetings, building strong networks.

• Degree qualified in a related field.
• Proven experience in Animal Health Pharma B2B, ideally managing key accounts of top global animal health companies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and commercial judgment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
