Locations: Lisbon, Porto, Braga

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Direct contract with the end client

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in
  - driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the Service
  Now platform.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate activities independently, including guiding junior team members in delivering project outputs using an Agile approach.
• Manage daily client interactions, transforming business requirements into
  - quality, scalable solutions.
• Share knowledge within the team, supporting junior members' development.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Java
  Script, Angular
  JS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• 3+ years of experience in Service
  Now implementation and development (3 or more full project rollouts).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Service
  Now Certified System Administrator (preferential).
• Service
  Now Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two of the following areas: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
