Experience Store Specialist

We are hiring an Experience Store Specialist for a multinational technological company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for stores: work together with new partners;
- Ensure all planograms and POS materials are up to date;
- Arrange all formation/training for the stores (including professional attitude, speech, etc. );
- Be responsible for uniforms and the entire store team image;
- Maintain stores: monitor customer experience and feedback;
- Work together with the local agency to develop the entire store designs for new openings and liaise with the main team;
- Work with the KAM to build a visibility plan and an annual communication plan;
- Monitor all store renewals until opening;
- Manage the store budget for new openings.
Qualifications:
- MSc / BS degrees in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field;
- 3+ years of professional experience in similar role;
- Experience with marketing strategies, research, writing and advertising campaigns, commercial department and sales;
- Experience with social media strategy, management and digital content development;
- Experience with customer service and monitoring;
- English and Spanish Fluency (written and spoken);
- Analytical thinking, team player, adaptability and
- solving attitude.
