Key Responsibilities

1. Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
2. Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders.
3. Track progress on projects.
4. Organize meetings, take/prepare minutes, and ensure
   - ups.
5. Execute, manage and enhance administrative tasks.
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
7. Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of the executive team, as appropriate.
8. Practice effective time and resource management.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant. Experience from within the financial or fintech industry will be considered an asset.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
3. High attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English and Portuguese.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities with professionalism.
7. A proactive and resourceful approach with a
   - solving mindset.
8. Required to travel with the executive from
