Professional Qualifications / Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3+ years of experience in event planning, including both
   - person and virtual events.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Zoom, etc. ) and marketing automation tools.
6. Experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
7. Strong
   - solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly under pressure.
8. Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion.
9. Certification in event planning (e. g. , CMP – Certified Meeting Professional) is a plus.

4. Ability to analyze event performance metrics and optimize future events.

   Point, Outlook) and Share
   Point.
