Opportunity: European Legal Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and commercial advice on various levels of contracts with a major TDDI supplier and manage related matters;
• Draft and negotiate TDDI-related contracts at the group level and support local teams;
• Assist in the assessment and management of legal and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and Sodexo’s governance processes;
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual and regulatory queries related to this TDDI supplier;
• Provide preliminary advice on legal disputes;
• Support contract management across different levels (MSA, LSA, SOW, OF) with varying complexity and impact.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Law or equivalent;
• Qualified EU lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT and outsourcing contracts;
• Strong technical knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and regulatory issues (including GDPR);
• Ability to provide preliminary legal advice on disputes;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
