Organizational Context:

Directing the application and product development team, this role will assume the technical leadership of the area, thus playing a relevant role in choosing the best solutions, also assuming the development/coaching of the team.

Responsibilities:

• This is a solid opportunity if you are a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer with good commercial experience and good understanding of modern application patterns.
• The role has the goal to deliver new business and technical features.
• You will be working closely with Developers, UI/UX designers, Solutions Architects, and Product Owners in a mature agile environment embracing a Dev
  Ops mindset.
• Stack: (Java 17+/Spring, Event-Driven Architecture) and frontend (React for building dynamic,
  - driven user interfaces) applications hosted in Azure Cloud.
• Continuous improvement of products and internal delivery & maintenance processes.
