MAIN TASKS:

1. Supporting the recruitment and selection of new talent, offering support at various stages of the process.
2. Conducting interviews.
3. Helping to advertise job opportunities, participating in the process of creating and publishing advertisements to attract qualified candidates on the most diverse platforms.
4. Providing support in screening and analyzing CVs, helping to identify profiles aligned with the organization's needs.
5. Working on updating databases, ensuring that information is up to date.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

1. Candidate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management and/or Administration or similar areas.
2. Very good level of French (English is a plus).
3. High level of rigor and sense of responsibility.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Availability to do the internship on a hybrid basis in our Porto office.
