We are seeking an experienced ESG Commercialization Project Manager to lead and drive the commercialization of our decarbonization initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) function and working hand in hand with the product development team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will develop impactful customer messaging, create sales enablement materials, and support team members throughout the commercialization process. Your expertise in identifying project risks, aligning goals with concurrent projects, and ensuring quality and compliance during product rollouts will be essential for success.
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Diligently monitor the status of Go
Green Plus sales and product development initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are achieved as per the project timeline and promptly addressing any delays or issues. - Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on the progress of Go
Green Plus commercialization projects to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention. - Lead periodic
- evaluation and adjustment of project goals to ensure alignment with concurrent projects and support the implementation of project outcomes. - Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs, advising on customer journey and value propositions.
- Develop consistent and standardized customer messaging regarding sustainability and our product offerings in response to inquiries (e. g. , RFIs, RFPs).
- Create and deliver sales enablement and training materials in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

- centric roles, with the ability to drive customer focused messaging and effective solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusting relationships across various functions within an organization.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, risk management, and quality control, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
- Experience working in an international environment, working on international projects within global teams.
