The Rhino that we're looking for will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation project for Dynamics F&O ERP across different business units;
• Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation;
• Develop and execute the implementation plan, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met;
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of the system
  - implementation;
• Facilitate communication between IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure full integration of the ERP system.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation and management, ideally with Dynamics Finance & Operations;
• Leadership skills or experience in project management to manage teams and stakeholders;
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus;
• Strong communication and influencing skills to lead organizational change;
• Ability to work in an on-site environment (Lisbon office), with the option of 1 remote workday per week;
• Availability for occasional travel between the countries where the company operates (Portugal, Germany, Italy).
