ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an ERP Solution Support Analyst to join our Tech
Hub!
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology solutions and contribute to customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers or internal teams. The primary focus will be on resolving issues related to software applications, systems, and technology solutions for internal processes.
You will work closely with
- users, IT teams, solution analysts, application developers, and external partners to resolve issues, enhance application performance, and ensure optimal functionality. This role also involves documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of application support processes.
THE SKILLS
To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:
- At least 3 years of experience in solution support or a related IT role. Experienced on IT Support Levels (L1, L2).
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics is a must.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with

- end business process, application configurations. - Experience on ERP and/or SAP (FI, MM, and SD) technical support and assistance to end users.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
- solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
