The organization is a rapidly expanding business specializing in the installation and maintenance of public EV charging stations and commercial rooftop Solar PV installations. It is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the EV installation industry, particularly in public charging infrastructure, and possess a strong understanding of the design and ICP element. Experience with Solar PV and broader electrical systems is highly desirable.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in QHSE management within the renewable energy or automotive industries, ideally with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) projects.
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement QHSE policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Work closely with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to PV and EV initiatives.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing support to staff on QHSE best practices and procedures.
• Track and analyse QHSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvements where needed.
• Engage with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
• Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, producing comprehensive reports with recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
