The Offer
- Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Offer technical assistance on the platform.
- Apply the correct escalation process when necessary.
- Be an active listener. Always show yourself available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
- Identify, study, and propose the best solution to assist the customer.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction.
- Gather all relevant information into the system, delivering a high level of service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Genuine caregiver with a

- task, proactive, and good with time management. - Comfortable with phone calls, email writing, and social media.
