Workster is hiring an English-speaking Senior Business Travel Consultant to join the team of a leading travel management company that specializes in business travel, corporate card solutions, and expense management. It is a specialized position focused on handling complex business travel arrangements for corporate clients, providing professional service in line with travel policies and international standards. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong GDS knowledge and a passion for creating seamless travel experiences. The position offers flexibility, with remote work options across Portugal or a hybrid setup in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities
Handle complex travel bookings including air, rail, hotel, and other services
Support corporate travelers via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with using
- service travel platforms and apps
Stay up to date with global travel trends, policies, and suppliers
Ensure all bookings comply with company and client travel policies
Identify customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions
Monitor SLAs and ensure timely,
- quality service
Provide insights and feedback to improve travel processes and services
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements
Fluent English (C1 level) – spoken and written (mandatory)3+ years of experience in business travel consulting3+ years of
- on GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo – mandatory)Experience in
- facing or contact center roles
Strong multitasking and
- solving skills
Professional, empathetic, and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of an additional language (such as French or German) is a plus
