We are currently looking for a Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company.

Your mission:

In this project you will be responsible for supporting the team on credit and collections; handling disputes, cash applications, and the billing needed; online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within the functional area and completing any related administration; validating or completing accurate and timely reporting.

What you need to embark on this mission:

1. Fluency in English (at least C1 level);
2. At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
3. Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
4. Dynamism, proactivity, and initiative;
5. Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
6. High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
