We are searching for an Engineer Manager, Software Reliability & Support to join our innovative team as new #bloqstars. This person will drive a
- functional effort and establish a culture of ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement to maintain our
- edge smart locker solutions on several fronts of our Solution.

What will be your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a rotating team of engineers handling 3rd-line support and reliability efforts.
• Define and implement monitoring, observability, and incident response best practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Establish and refine processes for triaging, debugging, and resolving production issues.
• Advocate for SRE principles, including automation, error budgets, and
  - mortem culture.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to define KPIs and SLAs for system reliability.
• Promote a culture of proactive issue detection and mitigation, reducing the frequency and impact of incidents.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering or reliability engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Open
  Telemetry).
• Hands-on experience with incident management and
  - mortem analysis.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc. ).
• A
  - solving mindset with a
  - driven approach to reliability and performance.
• Experience in products combining both hardware and software.
• Experience in growing Scale-ups, from being an early Engineer to 100+ people team.
• Previous experience implementing an SRE practice from scratch.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams and influence engineering culture.
