Currently, we are seeking an Engineering Manager who's eager to continue evolving, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark on a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the Product Owner to lead a squad through the Product;
• Follow the Delivery Lifecycle;
• Be accountable for changing software products including planning, designing, coding, unit testing, and deployment, as well as the effective operations of products, including monitoring performance to ensure stability and
  - proofing;
• Drive the evolution of your team's software delivery capability, providing exciting and rewarding career development for your team;
• Understand the philosophy of Continuous Delivery and have experience leading teams operating within a CD culture.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Outstanding communication skills to convey project status in both
  - level and detail;
• Ability to follow multiple tasks autonomously and simultaneously without confusing the team;
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English.
