They are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading, developing, coaching, and growing technical professionals who work as part of a functional team.
2. Promoting engagement with business stakeholders by building positive relationships and acting as a trustworthy business partner.
3. Establishing a bridge between the business and teams according to project needs.
4. Collaborating with tech and product leadership to ensure your teams have the right tools, skills, and processes.
5. Driving the continuous improvement of
   - related processes and contributing to strategic areas of improvement.
6. Motivating and ensuring the timely, focused delivery of new features and projects.
7. Ensuring the team’s growth by implementing the right processes, facilitating efficient communication, and hiring the right talent.
8. Leading with empathy to nurture a culture of growth, inclusion, and belonging.

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Academic degree in a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience, with relevant involvement in team management.
3. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across a company, especially in international and multicultural environments.
4. Proven experience in negotiation and expectation management.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
6. Problem-solving skills and
   - oriented mindset.
7. Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
