As an Engineering Manager for our AI Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our AI projects. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven software solutions. Initially, you will have a
- on role in development, but your primary focus will be on team management, growth, and technical leadership.

As an Engineering Manager, this will be your responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, assisting with complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
Hands-On Development and Recruitment: Actively participate in AI development initially and play a key role in recruiting top AI talent.
Performance Management and Collaboration: Establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, efficiently allocate resources, and collaborate with
- functional teams to align project goals.
