We are currently seeking a passionate Area Director of Engineering for Africa Region, to join our team @ Pestana Hotel Group

JOB DESCRIPTION – Engineering Area Manager – Africa Region

Key Responsibilities

• Organization of engineering administration
• Facilities Management
• Capex Projects Management
• Construction Projects Overvies
• Preventive Maintenance & Repair
• Co-ordination of the local teams as per Engineering department guidelines
• Safety & Fire.

Key Requirements

• Previous Engineering experience in a comparable leadership role
• Exceptional technical skills and knowledge in managing complex and diverse facilities
• Relevant academic background related with building maintenance
• Strong relator with ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving business.
• Availability for frequent business trips is required
