For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 10 years of strong technical experience, with a proven track record of leading
  - disciplinary teams on complex software projects.
• Experience in UI development teams and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
• Proven leadership in people management and supporting career development.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in technical risk and issue management.
• Knowledge of distributed, redundant, and transactional systems, as well as their quality assurance.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (B2).
• Proven experience in Incident Management and using
  - tracking systems.
