We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a full remote project.

What You'll Do:

• Key contributor to the development of our AI platform's backend, ensuring robust and scalable architecture.

• Collaborate closely with our small, agile team to implement backend services using Azure Function Apps and manage APIs.

• Manage and optimize databases, including Cosmos DB for live data and user profiles.

• Integrate AI models using Azure Open
AI and Azure AI Studio for advanced search and response functionalities.

• Ensure seamless integration with our AI call agent platform.

• Handle telephony integrations with Twilio or Vox
Implant for smooth customer interactions.

• Innovate and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our platform, focusing on scalability and performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in backend development with experience in microservices architecture, Rest API development and cloud platforms, specifically Azure.

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in using o Azure Cloud: Azure cloud services such as Cosmos DB, Azure Open
AI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, etc. o Telephony platforms such as Vox
Implant and/or Twilio o Languages: Python, JS, C#

• Skills: Strong
- solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to create scalable backend solutions.
