We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for our solar parks team based at our office in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal, with regular travel across the country to project sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, control, and manage the project, reporting to the heads of various departments and supported by assigned personnel from those departments.
2. Ensure compliance with the scope of the contract signed with the client and manage the project from its inception.
3. Plan, monitor, and control the project timelines.
4. Plan, monitor, and manage project risks.
5. Plan and control project costs.
6. Plan and manage project resources.
7. Organise work to achieve maximum efficiency at minimal cost.
8. Schedule, direct, coordinate, and oversee the preparation of studies and projects.
9. Supervise, support, and control the execution of studies, projects, and works.
10. Establish technical standards and criteria for activity development.
11. Report project progress through established periodic updates.
12. Issue reports for the approval of studies, budgets, and specifications for materials and services.
13. Lead and control the preparation of budgets for studies, projects, and works, as well as terms of reference for hiring third parties.
14. Create a positive work environment where team members feel part of a shared project, and their contributions are key to achieving goals.
15. Foster teamwork, camaraderie, creativity, and a positive atmosphere.
16. Ensure documentation of projects complies with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
17. Ensure constructions under your supervision and responsibility are executed according to the approved plans and documentation required by licences, permits, or client specifications.
18. Understand, apply, and comply with procedures and technical instructions related to quality, environmental standards, and prevention, including the correct management of waste generated in your activities.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in project management.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
3. Availability to reside in Lisbon or Porto and to travel across Portugal.
