Job Description
You will be part of our Emerging Talent Acquisition team, managing the recruitment process for all types of student roles across various departments in our Austria locations.
In your new role you will:
- Create and post engaging job advertisements and implement diverse sourcing strategies
- Perform candidate preselection in our Applicant Tracking System
- Develop targeted network building and proactive referral of existing candidates
- Conduct administrative tasks related to contracting and onboarding processes
- Plan and manage student community events and initiatives to foster engagement
- Collaborate on regional and global talent attraction projects with our international team
You have a proactive personality and excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to support and collaborate with your team members. You thrive in an international environment and are continually looking to develop your skills.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar field of studies
- A strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment, especially in connecting with emerging talent
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as part of an international team
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Fluency in English (mandatory) - German language skills are an advantage
