The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be based in Porto, Portugal and will support and optimize HR processes across the EMEA region. This role will ensure accurate payroll coordination, efficient HR system management, and reliable reporting, enabling smooth HR operations in multiple countries. The ideal candidate is

Payroll Coordination & Compliance
- Oversee payroll processing across different EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the main liaison with external payroll providers and finance teams.
- Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements.
- Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Support Compensation Campaigns (Variable compensation, General and Merit Increases)
- Manage and optimize HRIS (Success
Factors), ensuring data accuracy. - Oversee attendance and
- tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. - Provide technical support for HR systems and coordinate system upgrades or process improvements.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll data, and absence trends).
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data across different countries.
- Support HR Managers and leadership with workforce analytics and
- making insights. - Reporting to Finance on payroll matters.
- Support for Audits, contact person for external service providers and authorities.
HR Process Standardization & Efficiency
- Optimize HR workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual administrative work.
- Ensure alignment of HR processes across multiple countries while complying with local laws.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate
- keeping. - Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
HR Admin
- Management of all HR related documents including contract documents (for New Hires, amendments of the employment contract).
- Point of contact for employees.
- Management of Recognition and Awarding programs.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
PROFILE
Our ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws in multiple EMEA countries.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (Success
Factors) and attendance tracking tools. - Strong Excel and HR analytics skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
- solving skills. - Accurate and trustworthy way of working, high confidentiality.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
