Job Description:

We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist (M/F) with knowledge in ADOBE CAMPAIGN, for their office located in Braga.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with the company’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy
• HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool
• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands
• Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability
• Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s
• Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (e. g. Mail
  Chimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua);
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
• Good analytical skills;
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus)
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
