What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable email templates aligned with Asana’s branding and architecture.
• Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within Iterable and Marketo.
• Optimize email design for responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability best practices.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, formatting, and platform compatibility.

Must haves

• Strong expertise in email development and template creation.
• Experience working with Iterable and Marketo.
• Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and deliverability optimization.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and
  - specific coding frameworks.
• Understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Experience with additional marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with AMP for email.
• Background in A/B testing and performance analytics for email campaigns.
