YOUR ROLE

• Able to download & investigate on why alarm has triggered false message.
• Investigate failures reported from turbines in the field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers.
• Drive
  - cause analysis and identify impact on the fleet.
• Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like module owners, service, construction, and legal.
• Identify short and
  - term actions to reduce the effect of failure.
• Drive development of improvement solutions. Testing specifications for solutions.
• Prepare inputs for customer and stakeholder communication.

YOUR PROFILE

• Should be able to interpret the Electrical Schematic diagram, Panel, Cables, Component Selection (MCCB, Switch gear, Breaker relay, Cable Harness).
• Should have experience in UPS, Backup, Battery, DCN controls, CT Module, Network, and electronic Bus.
• Should have experience in Sensors (Pressure, Temp, smoke), PLC, Digital & Analog Components.
• Previous experience in Commissioning & Troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IEC, UL, EN Standards.
• Basic knowledge of applying Q tools like DMAIC, DFSS will be an added advantage.
• Field experience in Wind Industry especially WTGs will be preferred.
• Experience with DMAIC cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM, and gate models would be an advantage.
