Job Responsibilities

• You will assist in the execution and supervision of construction sites as a Site Manager.
• You will support the organization of site openings (office setup, IT supplies, work passes, entry permits, etc. ), ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and project standards.
• You will help manage a construction site section, instructing and guiding internal and external employees on work safety regulations and quality control.
• You will collaborate with the safety specialist to assist the site manager in ensuring occupational safety and maintaining

  - date risk assessments.
• You will oversee and monitor assembly work, including execution, personnel management, and capacity forecasting.
• You will assist the site manager in defining the assembly sequence according to the project schedule and act as the central contact point for the customer and project manager regarding the construction site section.
• You will work with the site manager to assess project performance and communicate results to project management.
• You will support our procurement department in acquiring and purchasing materials.
• You will work closely with our EPLAN department to select the most suitable materials, ensuring alignment with current standards and industry advancements.

Your Profile

• You have more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• You have completed an apprenticeship in the technical and industrial field, with further training as a technician/master craftsman or a comparable career path.
• You have extensive experience in assembly, installation, and commissioning in the automotive sector (body constructions).
• You have experience in customer interactions and field assembly, ideally including international projects.
• You have proven organizational and leadership experience, with strong initiative, flexibility, and an independent,
  - oriented approach to work.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English; additional foreign languages are a plus. German language skills are advantageous.
