This is a full-time,
- site role for an Electrical Engineer at CWPower in Coimbra, Portugal. The role focuses on electrical installations, commissioning, and maintenance, particularly in solar photovoltaic projects and medium and low voltage electrical systems. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

• Electrical design, installation, and supervision of projects in commercial, industrial, and
  - scale solar environments.
• Power distribution, grounding systems, and electrical safety compliance.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems, with a strong focus on solar PV plants.
• Medium-voltage (MV) and
  - voltage (LV) systems: cabling, transformers, inverters, and switchgear.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including civil and mechanical engineering teams in
  - scale solar projects.

✅ Strong expertise in electrical installations, particularly in solar photovoltaic systems (UPP, UPAC).

✅ Experience in power distribution, switchgear, transformers, and grid connection of solar power plants.

✅ Knowledge of commissioning and testing of inverters, SCADA systems, and MV/LV substations.

✅ Proficiency in electrical system design, planning, and execution according to international standards.

✅ Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

✅ Professional certification in Electrical Engineering (DGEG) is a plus.

✅ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced,
- oriented environment.
