- edge control and switch cabinet systems. You'll bring your expertise to the table, adding value through your experience in project management and switchgear and control system construction. Ideal Background Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field Hands-On Experience in setting up switching and control systems Proven Project Expertise in relevant areas Outstanding Communication Skills – Interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are a must. Team-Oriented Attitude Language Skills – Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
