Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in Control Hardware and DFMEA.

Seniority: Senior

Working model: Hybrid (70% remote; 30% in person)

Sector: Renewable Energy

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience: More than 4 years of professional experience as Electrical Engineer

Mandatory Skills:

1. Ability to work on Parametric Diagrams and Boundary Diagrams related to Yaw, Lubrication, Hydraulic Sensors, Control Panels, Cabling & Guideways, and Software Interfaces.
2. Proficiency with APIS and Visure tools.
3. Knowledge of Design Guidelines, DFMEA guidelines, and Standardization.
4. Experience with linking failure functions across system elements.
5. Understanding of tree structures, defining system elements, and managing relationships upwards and downwards in the hierarchy.
6. Fluent in English.

Daily tasks:

1. Work on Parametric Diagram & Boundary diagram for Yaw, Lubrication, hydraulic Sensors, Control panels, Cabling & guideways, Software interfaces.
2. Work on APIS & Visure tools (understand the requirements).
3. Work on Design Guidelines, DFMEA guidelines & Standardization.
4. Work on Tree structure, proper definition in the System Element "CHW", linking upwards to Product and downwards to appropriate Failure Functions and Failure Modes.
5. Linking of Failure Functions across System Elements.

Non-mandatory Skills:

1. Advanced understanding of specific tools (e. g. , APIS and Visure) beyond basic proficiency.
2. Additional expertise or certification in DFMEA methodologies.
3. Practical experience with related industries like heavy machinery or aerospace, as they may share commonalities with wind industry systems.
4. Knowledge of related engineering standards or guidelines beyond what is required for DFMEA tasks.
