Our business includes Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Wound Care, Interventional Urology, and Voice & Respiratory Care. We operate globally and our organization has about 16, 000 employees.

To be able to help more people, we are now opening a new production site in Felgueiras and therefore, we are looking for an EHS Leader to join our team. This is your chance to lead initiatives that ensure a safe and sustainable work environment while promoting employee health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safe operations and legal compliance at the Felgueiras site.
2. Own the full permit of the facility and operation.
3. Lead EHS audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain certifications.
4. Develop strategic EHS plans and drive the team to achieve ambitious goals.
5. Work closely with local entities such as fire brigades and the municipality.
6. Coordinate training initiatives and foster a
   - first culture across the organization.

What we expect from you:

1. A degree in Engineering or Science.
2. Deep knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, Sustainability or related fields.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and proved experience on the implementation.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management.
5. Excellent leadership, organizational, and
   - solving skills.
6. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
7. Team player, motivated to help build a company culture of continuous improvement in safety, environment, and wellbeing.
