Perform EDI Mapping, setup and testing as needed. Provide daily support for EDI interfaces to/from JD Edwards Enterprise One including help desk ticket resolution. Monitor the DJGEDI mailbox and work with internal users and external 3rd party and customer contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor 3rd party portals (SPS Commerce, Rithum, Logicbroker, ECGrid) and resolve errors as needed. Monitor and setup AS2 and SFTP communications. Upload and install new customer certificates. Report any interruptions in communications to the EDI Specialist and Director of Information Services. Assist EDI Specialist with Customer Onboarding, including attending weekly onboarding calls, completing document mapping and testing as needed. Support continuous improvement in the EDI domain to minimize errors and manual processing by tracking reoccurring issues and recommending system enhancements. One ERP environment;3 years of experience working on an IBM AS400 platform;Experience working in a Software Development Life Cycle methodology;Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Advanced level of English;Available to work different time zones.
