The EDI Business Analyst will translate the customer’s business needs and requirements into technical solutions, as well as coordinating integration projects for EDI solutions under the
-
- end process. The position will require extensive collaboration with various internal teams (Project Management, Development, QA, and Support teams) as well as external customers and trading partners. You will be responsible for implementing project requirements into workable interfaces, enhancing existing EDI solutions, performing and writing test scenarios, enabling different system architectures to exchange automatic transactions, analyzing data interchange and customer technical specifications to deliver high business value IT solutions for both internal and external customers around the globe.

Job Requirements:

1. Work as a liaison between the
   - users/customers and developers to clearly define project requirements and document the resulting technical requirements.
2. Support business and the organization to identify any possible cooperation with the EDI department.
3. Maintain timely, efficient, and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects.
4. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the Development Team.
5. Document testing results and support procedures to address
   - risk issues and ensure the solution works as designed.
6. Responsible for other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
7. Development of EDI mapping specifications using specialized software, GEFEG.
8. Experience in
   -
   - end integration testing, production implementation, and
   - implementation support.
9. Monitor own workload and deadlines.
10. Ability to share and
    - work in development projects.
11. Create new and modify existing technical documentation.
12. Familiar with continuous integration.
13. Very good communication skills in English.
14. Experienced in an Agile and/or Scrum Framework.

Required Skillset:

1. IT experience as an EDI analyst, business analyst, support, or similar IT background.
2. Knowledge of at least one EDI standard: UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12.
3. IBM Sterling Integrator basic knowledge (good to have).
4. Lightwell Framework basic knowledge (good to have).
5. Specification building, ideally with experience of GEFEG (good to have).
6. Experience in working in Agile and/or Scrum Framework.
7. Experience in multicultural
   - organized teams.
8. Experience in effectively communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners.
9. Familiarity with operational processes in a freight forward environment.
10. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and skills.
11. Positive and effective customer support experience.
12. Experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
