Content Account Lead will lead the team that is the interface between Nestlé’s key Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services teams, ensuring the following:
- Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal content solutions & model and support in their activation
- Delivery of World Class Service
- Lead, coach and support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operations
- Interact, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholders
- Alignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teams
- Bring insights based on available data to provide solutions
- Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, etc. )
- Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs
- Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnerships
- Properly map our Nestlé’s digital ecosystem and stakeholders
- Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
What will make you successful
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management
- Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and/or selling skills
- Working in a corporate and
- cultural setting - Strong Marketing & Business mindset
- Solution driven
- Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
- Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle
- Good understanding of Branding and Content principles
- Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
- Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
- English (advanced level)
- Previous experience as a team lead is a plus
- Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
- French (preferred, not dismissive)
- Spanish (preferred, not dismissive)
