Your contribution to something big:

• Designing and implementing e
  Commerce processes in a SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• e
  Shop Rollouts: Planning, managing, and executing international eshop rollouts with a focus on standardized and scalable solutions.
• e
  Commerce Integration: Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration (e. g. , ERP, CRM).
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing existing e
  Commerce and customer processes while considering
  - specific requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting test procedures, troubleshooting, and supporting hypercare phases after implementation.
• Training & Support: Assisting and training international teams in adopting new systems and e
  Commerce processes.

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, e
  Commerce, IT Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Several years of experience in developing and implementing e
  Commerce solutions as well as managing international rollouts.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), or similar systems.
• Experience in interfaces and system integration.

Know-how:

• Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: Loyalty & Campaign Management, Claims and Returns Management, Customer Request Management from a technical perspective.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence).

Languages:

• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
