Your contribution to something big:
- Designing and implementing e
Commerce processes in a SAP S/4HANA landscape. - e
Shop Rollouts: Planning, managing, and executing international eshop rollouts with a focus on standardized and scalable solutions. - e
Commerce Integration: Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration (e. g. , ERP, CRM). - Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing existing e
Commerce and customer processes while considering
- specific requirements. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting test procedures, troubleshooting, and supporting hypercare phases after implementation.
- Training & Support: Assisting and training international teams in adopting new systems and e
Commerce processes.
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, e
Commerce, IT Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing e
Commerce solutions as well as managing international rollouts. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), or similar systems.
- Experience in interfaces and system integration.
Know-how:
- Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: Loyalty & Campaign Management, Claims and Returns Management, Customer Request Management from a technical perspective.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence).
Languages:
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
