Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

IQVIA is looking for a
- oriented Screen Review Specialist to join our team, focusing on the review and validation of screens used in electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment (e
COA) implementation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical and
- solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct detailed reviews of e
   COA screens to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
2. Verify the correctness of translated content on e
   COA screens, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
3. Test the functionality of e
   COA screens, including navigation, data capture, and response logic, to ensure they work as intended, if applicable.
4. Implement quality assurance procedures to identify and rectify any issues related to screen content, layout, and functionality.
5. Work closely with project managers, linguists, developers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues found during the review process.
6. Document review findings, test results, and any changes made to e
   COA screens, maintaining thorough and accurate records.
7. Ensure that all screen review activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical research and e
   COA implementation.
8. Manage multiple, parallel projects simultaneously.
9. Follow company and department standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures.
11. Work with Project Managers and Team Leads to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and develop relevant guidance documents.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Fluency in English is essential; an additional language would be a strong asset.
4. Any previous experience in project management of localization and/or quality assurance work is a bonus.
5. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in translated content and project documentation.
6. Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative.
7. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
   - workers, managers, and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence.
