What you will be doing:

As Project Lead you will be a member of the European Continuous Improvement Team, supporting the Customer Experience European organization in order to improve Customer Experience and achieve optimal results for the business. You will be responsible for managing European
- functional projects, providing technical expertise and advice to senior/executive management on current and emerging practices, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and their possible risks, or supporting the standardization of specific customer solutions and ways of working. You will need to be able to analyze and monitor KPI and data to identify root causes of issues, define requirements to build new tools, interpret complex information in order to influence optimal business decisions. You will engage people from multiple departments, promoting a culture of change and quality management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Challenge existing processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring their implementation with the relevant teams.
2. Effectively lead and manage high impact
   - functional strategic projects from the initial ideation through to completion, ensuring effective scoping and planning.
3. Manage stakeholders and
   - functional teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
4. Provide management reports on progress, risks, and results.
5. Plan and schedule resources efficiently.
6. Provide technical expertise and advice, conduct root cause analysis based on advanced data collection and complex analysis. Source data and information from internal or external subject matter experts as required.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have project management experience and be results and
   - oriented.
2. Be fully aligned with process approach, continuous improvement, and
   - solving methodologies (6Sigma Green or Black Belt, or QDM expert, or Prince II/PMP or Agile methodologies).
3. Proven strong business analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into
   -
   - point Power
   Point presentations to support executive
   - making processes.
4. Be strong at setting priorities, developing a work schedule, monitoring progress towards goals and tracking progress.
5. Have a flexible approach to work to support the
   - changing dynamic business environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power
   Point, etc. ) and project management tools like Microsoft Project or equivalents.
7. Exhibit change management, people leadership, team building & player skills, and be flexible to change in a dynamic environment.
8. Have excellent communication and contact skills with working proficiency in English.
9. Demonstrate initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a team.
10. Knowledge in Sigma
    XL/Minitab, Power
    Bi, Sharepoint is a plus.
